This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information you provide when you use thcapitalllc.com or any of our productized services (AI Blog Engine, AI Social Presence, AI Review Manager).
This policy applies to all visitors and customers. By using our services, you consent to the practices described here.

- Account information: name, email, business name, industry, billing address (collected at subscription signup or audit purchase).
- Email addresses from newsletter signup, free snapshot tool, demo generation, and audit purchases.
- Business URLs and content you provide for analysis (free snapshot, paid audit, ongoing service deliveries).
- IP addresses for rate limiting on free tools and fraud prevention.
- Anonymized analytics via Plausible (cookieless, privacy-respecting).
- Stripe payment data handled directly by Stripe per their privacy policy. We do not store card numbers.
How We Use Information
- To deliver subscribed services and generated content.
- To send transactional emails (delivery confirmations, audit results, billing receipts).

- To prevent abuse of free tools (rate limiting by IP and email).

- Transactional records are retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. tax requirements.
Your Rights
